For sessions, mentorships, and offerings with Melina Rose Anderson & Frequency  Alchemy 

By engaging with Frequency Alchemy services, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms and conditions.

These agreements are designed to support clear communication, mutual respect, and a grounded, supportive container for all involved.

1. Nature of the Work

Frequency Alchemy offerings may include:

1.         Mentorship and transformational coaching

2.         Intuitive and reflective facilitation

3.         Breathwork and grounding practices

4.         Sound and frequency-based experiences

5.         Nervous system and awareness-based tools

6.         Personal growth and embodiment practices

These services are educational and supportive in nature and are not a substitute for medical, psychological, psychiatric, legal, or financial advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

2. Sovereign Participation

Clients participate voluntarily and remain responsible for their own choices, wellbeing, interpretations, and integration throughout the process.

All sessions, tools, and practices are offered as supportive guidance only. Clients may pause, decline, or discontinue participation at any time.

3. Confidentiality

All personal information shared within sessions or private communications will be treated confidentially, except where disclosure is required by law.

4. Payments & Cancellations

1.         Payment is required prior to the commencement of sessions unless otherwise arranged.

2.         Sessions cancelled with more than 24 hours’ notice may be rescheduled.

3.         Cancellations made within 24 hours may incur a $44 late cancellation fee.

4.         Missed sessions without notice may be forfeited.

5. Personal Responsibility & Integration

Clients are encouraged to approach sessions with personal responsibility and self-awareness.

For best support and integration, clients are encouraged to:

1.         Arrive grounded and present

2.         Stay hydrated

3.         Allow time for reflection and integration following deeper sessions

6. Content & Intellectual Property

Any recordings, written materials, PDFs, practices, or resources shared through Frequency Alchemy are for personal use only and may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, or shared without written permission.

7. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

Frequency Alchemy services are intended to support personal growth, self-awareness, reflection, and energetic wellbeing.

No specific outcomes or results are guaranteed, and individual experiences may vary.

Frequency Alchemy and Melina Rose Anderson are not liable for decisions made, actions taken, or interpretations formed outside the scope of the agreed container.

Clients are encouraged to seek appropriate licensed professional support where needed.

8. Amendments

These terms may be updated periodically to reflect the evolving nature of the work and business structure. The most current version will be available via the official website.
